Christy Larson, O.D.

Christy Larson, O.D., received her Doctor of Optometry from the Indiana University School of Optometry in Bloomington, Indiana, in 1996.  She completed her undergraduate studies in Biology at Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky.  Dr. Larson is a board-certified Optometric Physician certified by the National Board of Optometry (all parts) and the state of Florida.  She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Florida Optometric Association, and the Central Florida Optometric Association.

Dr. Larson was a graduating member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honorary Society and a member of the Cardinal Key National Honor Society Alumni for five years.  She received the Roy E. Denny Award from the Indiana Optometric Association for her research.  She was granted the Ciba Contact Lens Achievement Award for clinical excellence in the field of contact lenses.  She was also recognized as the Best Eye Care Center in Seminole County from 2007 to 2011.

Dr. Larson resides in Lake Forest, Florida, with her husband, Ben Larson, O.D., and their three children, Blake Riley, Braeden Cole, and Bella Grace.
