I was dealing with a scratched cornea – which happened several times – and the entire team was compassionate and understanding. Dr. Ben gave me excellent care and helped me understand what was happening at every stage. I recently moved from London, England and was looking for an eye doctor. I have Keratoconus also called Conical Cornea and haven’t been able to see clearly for years. My first scleral lenses were fitted in London and did not seem to improve my vision plus were also very uncomfortable. Her staff starting with Heather at the front desk is able to greet multiple clients at the front desk, provide professional assistance with check in and smiles! Sam is amazing with his talent to engage clients and does an in-depth history with ease. His skill taking scans of the eye was very evident and was doe in a timely manner. Erica was was such an asset at the end of the appointment and is willing to clarify all information for follow up care. Their team was so very patient, kind, and knowledgeable when explaining how my glasses would work with my computer when looking at the screen for long periods of time. They also responded to all my questions especially showing me how to scan this review on my cell phone! I was thankful for those on the team I met yesterday! My first time here for eye exam. I have been served on time – without any delay. Before I come needed to reschedule 3 times due to work, they were very open and helpful to find a time slot fits my availability. Sam was very knowledgeable and nice to talk with. They have wide selection of glasses – but don’t compare it to the big stores!. Overall, my experience was positive.

Dr. Ben fitted me for Ortho K. He got the prescription perfect. Saw 20/20 the first day following sleeping in the corrective lenses. We were completely informed as to what we might expect and how the lenses would work as well as what maintenance was required. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. The office was extremely clean and beautiful, and they took every possible precaution with Covid to ensure our safety as well as the safety of their other clients and staff.
